Harr Family Farms Whole Beef are 600-700 lbs average hang weight. Typically, there is only a 2-4 week wait list.
By adding a whole beef to the cart, you are paying the estimated half down deposit. The remaining amount will be figured once the
whole beef has been butchered and weighed. After paying your deposit, we will contact you by phone to go through the cut sheet form for how you would like your whole beef processed.
